Meet Ally. She came to us with a wiggle in her walk and pain in her hips we didn’t yet know about.

Originally surrendered by a family who could no longer keep her, we were told her hip dysplasia was mild and managed “as needed.” But after a vet visit and $700 in x-rays, we learned the truth: Ally is struggling with both hips and arthritis. She may need multiple surgeries.

She’s only 4 years old. She deserves to live pain-free. We weren’t financially prepared for this—but we will fight for her. Because she’s worth it.

This week, our rescue was asked to help with a local neglect case. It’s been long hours, messy floors, and tired hearts—but five incredible families have already stepped up to foster.

Fostering isn’t easy. It’s sacrifice. It’s potty accidents, chaos, and falling in love with a dog you may not get to keep. But it’s also saving lives that would otherwise be left behind.
