Hey! We’re so glad you’re here. My name is Dana, and I passionately run LuBo’s Legacy. I started this nonprofit after years of volunteering with local rescue organizations, serving as a foster and eventually becoming a forever home to many wonderful pups.

I’ve been a dog owner and dog lover for decades, and rescue work has become one of the most fulfilling parts of my life. It’s more than a mission—it’s a calling.

But nothing we’ve accomplished has happened alone. LuBo’s Legacy is powered by incredible volunteers, generous supporters, and dedicated rescue partners. We are nothing without our village.
